About us

The Association of Change Management Professionals is a 501c3 nonprofit professional organization based in Nashville with a mission to increase the awareness and impact of change management and leadership.  We provide members opportunities to connect, learn and strengthen their ability to drive and sustain change.

Meet Our Board of Directors

Christine Flott

Christine Flott is the Director of Project Management with LBMC. She has over 10 years of project management experience in IT, healthcare, senior housing, and professional services settings. A PMP, Christine is a “Prosci Certified Practitioner” and is keenly interested in the way change management can improve project outcomes. She has her MLIS (Master’s in Library and Information Science) from Wayne State University and Bachelor’s of Science in Management from DePaul University.

Angela Courtney

Angela Courtney is a Senior Director with Ankura Consulting Group based in Nashville.  She specializes in strategic planning, revenue growth, change leadership, and operations improvement.  She is the Founder of the ACMP TN chapter and also volunteers as CEO of Scholar Serve and is an Advisor with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. She serves on the Board of Renewed and is a CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional).  She received her undergraduate degree (summa cum laude) and MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Laura Bermudez

Laura Bermudez is a OD Director in HCA’s Leadership & Organizational Development CoE, responsible for Change Management. In her role, Laura engages on enterprise-wide change projects and grows the change capability of leaders across the organization. Prior to HCA, Laura spent over 7 years as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture. She has worked with global clients across several industries to help them realize the full intent of their transformational initiatives. Laura specialized in stakeholder management and leadership alignment.  In addition, she has supported clients in several other areas including organizational design, communications, and training. Laura studied Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University, is certified as a ‘Prosci Experienced Practitioner’ and Organizational Design Community certified.

Monica Glass

Monica Glass is the Global Rewards Communications and Capability Lead at Mars, Incorporated. With over 20 years of corporate affairs, public relations and marketing experience across the consumer packaged goods and automotive industries, she specializes in engaging and influencing key stakeholders through meaningful communications. She has helped organizations navigate through complex business changes through communications strategy development and capability building. Monica received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Anna Boon

Anna Boon has a passion for the people-side of business, and is a firm believer in the power of an engaged workforce to impact employee productivity, satisfaction, and ultimately organizational performance. She employs her organizational transformation expertise to bring this to bear in the clients she serves.
Anna lives in Brentwood, TN with her husband and two daughters and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from Lipscomb University.

Pam Marmon

Pam Marmon is the Founder and CEO of Marmon Consulting, a change management consulting firm that provides strategy and execution services to help companies transform. From Fortune 50 to startups, Pam brings unparalleled change expertise and insights as a practitioner, a speaker, and a best-selling author. Pam’s expertise range across industries such as bio tech, aerospace, healthcare, insurance, corporate retail, nonprofit, technology, and more. Growing up in Bulgaria and moving to America has taught Pam to be adaptable and resilient to change.

Al Johnson

Al Johnston, MBA, is a Manager with The North Highland Company.  Al is a Prosci Certified Practitioner and maintains a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) designation.  He has 18 years of experience in industries that include consulting, healthcare, healthcare software solutions, and  manufacturing.  Al specializes in product management and complex project management, change management, and system implementation management.  He is active in the Nashville Healthcare Council and the Nashville Technology Council. 

Sammye Woods

Sammye Woods and her team guide collaboration to successfully meet operational challenges and solve problems through meeting facilitation, communication and transformation management methods.  This includes designing and delivering events and strategies, and offering training in meeting facilitation and transformation management methods.  Her team also supports Parallon’s education enterprise.  Sammye earned her B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and her M.A. degree from Lipscomb University and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP).

Matt Dolson

Matt Dolson, M.Ed., is a speaker, facilitator, and Change Management professional who excels at developing teams, creating transformative momentum, and fostering organizational effectiveness. As a Business Solutions Provider at InfoWorks, Inc., Matt has been responsible for leading various teams in Change Management efforts.  Matt is certified as a ‘Prosci Experienced Practitioner’ and a ‘Designing and Leading Change’ facilitator. He is on Nashville Emerging Leaders Board of Directors, a member of the Starting Line committee with Girls on the Run of Middle Tennessee, and a peer supporter for burn survivors with the Vanderbilt Burn Center.

James Lake

James is a Digital Transformational Lead and member of VMWare’s growth office focused on transforming its culture, business, and people.  James has an M.Sc. International Business & Strategy from  Copenhagen Business School and was in the inaugural class of Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows.

Michelle Corley

Michelle Corley is an AVP of Strategy and Operational Excellence with Sarah Cannon.  She holds 20 years of experience in the Healthcare and Insurance industry, 15 of those leading transformational change and operational excellence.  In addition to leading change, she is an experienced Malcolm Baldrige Quality examiner and has co-written two award winning Baldrige applications.   She is a ‘Prosci Certified Practitioner’, a PMP (Project Management Professional), a ‘Leadership Strategies Facilitator’, and ISO 9001 Auditor and a Six Sigma Blackbelt.  She holds an MBA in International Business and BBA in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.   

Susane Gross

Susanne Gross is an organizational development/effectiveness professional with over 20 years experience in industries including manufacturing, healthcare, non-profits, insurance, and global logistics. She is a Senior Change Advisor with Prosci and Principal of StoneHaus Consulting. Through her work at a global logistics company, Susanne “stood up” a new Change Management department to address the growing number of enterprise transformations. She is a firm believer that companies get the business results they are looking for when employees embrace and adapt to change, are fully engaged, and motivated by meaningful work.
